Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with House of Anaya. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Us

House of Anaya is a UK-based online retailer specialising in authentic Pakistani designer formal and bridal wear. We import directly from Pakistan and serve customers across the UK, US, and internationally.

2. Orders & Contract

When you place an order with us, you're making an offer to purchase. We accept that offer once your order is confirmed and payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable or there's a pricing error) in which case you'll receive a full refund.

All orders are subject to availability. Because most of our pieces are imported from Pakistan on a per-order basis, lead times may vary. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We accept major debit and credit cards, and any other payment methods listed at checkout.

Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice. If the price of your order changes after you've paid, we'll contact you before processing further.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally, with most orders dispatched from Pakistan via DHL or DPD. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. House of Anaya is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities, but we'll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Import duties and local taxes (where applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns on unstitched items in their original, unworn condition.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Ready-to-wear outfits (made to order using customer-provided measurements)
  • Stitched items (tailored specifically for you)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

If your order arrives damaged or there's been an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll review each case and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Pre-Orders

Some items on our website are available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated dispatch date shown at the time of purchase. These dates are subject to change due to production or import delays. If there's a significant change, we'll notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

7. Product Descriptions & Colours

We take care to represent our products accurately, including fabric, embroidery, and colour. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. Slight variations in handcrafted embroidery are also normal and part of the handmade nature of the garments. These are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on houseofanaya.co.uk (including images, text, logos, and product descriptions) belongs to House of Anaya or our suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

House of Anaya is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any dispute will not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. How we collect and use your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
